By understanding how plants operate, Webb, Murray facilitators are able to guide the Process Hazard Analysis team through realistic scenarios that result in focused recommendations which reduce the risks of the identified hazards. Webb, Murray utilizes engineering professionals, who have collectively conducted over a thousand analyses, to serve as Process Hazard Analysis facilitators.

Webb, Murray can assist clients by suggesting and/or providing methodologies and software documentation tools for Process Hazard Analysis, while customizing report formats to comply with individual customer guidelines.

Although most hazard identification studies are performed using the HAZOP, What-If, and/or Checklist methodologies, we can also provide experienced analysts to assist with more rigorous risk analyses, including

In addition, Webb, Murray has access to and experience with industry-approved checklists used for analyzing process changes (both general and equipment-specific), human factors issues, and requirements for compliance with various codes and standards, such as API RP 14C and 14J.
