Webb, Murray has developed an extensive database application for scheduling and tracking fire system maintenance and related service needs. The database includes over 40 sortable categories for each system or piece of equipment. Information related to individual system status or individual system cost history can be easily extracted. The database can be modified to deal specifically with your needs.
 
For example, when you need information, we can provide you with data such as the following:

•  Discrepancy tracking
•  Cost analysis
•  System histories for all inspections and service work
•  Preventive maintenance scheduling
•  System status tracking
•  Custom reports for OSHA and corporate inspections

Report data is available to you on CD and/or as a hardcopy.
 
For greater efficiency and accuracy, we utilize technologies such as the Symbol Pocket PC and Videx Laserlite Pro barcode reader systems to record our service tasks and enter them into our database.
