Because
our central design and installation groups work only in the petrochemical
and refining industry, we have a thorough understanding of the requirements
and hazards that are related to the highly specialized field of chemical
industry fire protection.
Webb, Murray has a permanent design and installation staff. This means
our people are familiar with the conditions, permitting, and safety
requirements found in the chemical industry. You will receive a consistent
approach to, and installation of, a project.
Our design group has 7 NICET certifications, 3 RME licenses, and 2 PEs.
Our CDI technicians receive training in safety, job task procedures,
construction equipment operation, fire protection principals, and fire
protection equipment operation.
We view safety as being as important as production. Our field crews
receive weekly safety training and hold daily toolbox safety meetings.
We perform a job safety analysis for each task. Our attention to safety
is evident in the fact that the CDI group has not had a lost-time incident
in over 5 years.
