Customer:  EGP Fuels

Project:  Webb, Murray provided a full-time engineer to coordinate the process hazards analysis (PHA) program. The coordinator’s tasks included:

•  Ensuring that process safety information, including piping and instrumentation diagrams, is ready for each PHA.

•  Facilitating or recording in PHA team meetings.

•  Generating PHA team meeting logsheets, management summaries, and written reports.

•  Assisting with tracking PHA recommendations.

Project:  Webb, Murray developed a prestartup safety review (PSSR) checklist that was used for the new PX-3 unit. Webb, Murray coordinated the completion of the checklist prior to the successful startup.
