Improvements

• The customer had previously waited several months to receive each PHA report. Webb, Murray & Associates produced final draft PHA reports within three weeks, with few exceptions.

• We developed a boilerplate report format to facilitate report writing, consistency, and efficiency.

• We developed and taught a three-day PHA training course.

• We developed a plant-wide system to initiate notification of PHA results to the customer’s employees and to track the notification status to completion.

• Prior to starting a PHA, our facilitator preplanned room setup and other logistics items to improve overall team efficiency.

• Our facilitator followed up with the team leader after the PHA to support him in completing the PHA process through management reviews.
