•  Industrial and construction safety, including on-the-job inspections for OSHA compliance.

•  Developing emergency preparedness and action plans for buildings and facilities to ensure protection from threat of fire, explosion, and natural phenomena.

•  Emergency response coordination and emergency scene management.

•  Developing and implementing the JSC Safety Learning System.

•  Developing and implementing the JSC initiative to be approved as a Federal Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) site.
